Client Experience Why hire RSSIC? Our clients are all ages and from all walks of life but there are a few important themes that come up again and again when people hire our firm:
Time Management: Many busy people have a hard enough time keeping up with their daily lives , family, work and day to day stuff always take top priority. As a result, management of their savings are put aside to be dealt with later and often not dealt with at all. By engaging RSS’s services, our clients have full access to their investments but they have the security of knowing there are professional advisors continuously monitoring their portfolio's progress so they do not have to.
Our Team: The majority of our new business comes from client referrals. Our core business is portfolio management but open and honest communication with our clients is what builds a strong lasting relationship and a successful business. Our clients rely on us to safeguard and grow their assets and to be the steady guiding hand during turbulent times in the markets as well as in their private lives. No Conflict of Interest: We charge a flat percentage fee for our services so our goal is the same as our clients, to grow the portfolio. We also do not sell any products or receive any referral fees so our clients never have to question the motivation of our advice. Discipline: Most investors lack a specific plan or strategy. As a result their investment decisions are based on emotions and not on sound financial judgment. We employ a strict investment process that requires several levels of analysis before an investment is purchased. Once we own an investment we closely monitor the fundamentals of the company and its shared market environment to safe guard our clients’ interests as well as capturing a profit. Experience: There is no substitute for experience and our advisors have nearly 100 years of combined investment experience. We have earned many professional and academic designations (CFA, MBA, CIC) and we continue to pursue additional knowledge and experience.
Shared Expectations: Although our clients differ from one another in many ways, they also have several important characteristics in common:
• While our clients value preservation of their assets, they are prepared to accept some level of market risk to at least preserve the purchasing power of those assets.
•Though they wish to be involved in the investment process, they are willing to delegate the daily decision making required to manage money in today's markets.
•They want an investment advisory firm that provides a high level of personal service and assures total confidentiality.
They require investment expertise in combination with an ability to identify their needs and to design an investment strategy to meet those needs.
