Charles serves RSS as a portfolio manager and client strategist. He began his financial services career at Charles Schwab, before becoming a Vice President at Bank of the West (BNP Paribas) Wealth Management. His passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals led him to becoming a financial planner and advisor with Bay Area RIA, Summity LLC. In his most recent leadership role prior to joining RSS, Charles was a principal at Cerity Partners.

Charles is a Certified Financial Planner® professional with a Master of Science in Advanced Financial Planning, concentration in Taxation, from Golden Gate University. He also holds a Master of Arts (with honors) in Sustainable Development, focusing on Management, from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
