Joel began his career at RSS in 2013 after attending Sonoma State University. He holds a Series 65 license and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative. As Chief Compliance Officer, Joel is responsible for staying current on regulatory changes and ensuring the firm adheres to SEC regulations, its code of ethics, and compliance standards. His role also includes managing cybersecurity, supervising client trading, and overseeing quarterly reporting and billing processes.
